Truffle Salt and Mushroom Pasta

Elevate your meal with truffle!
Simple dishes enjoyed by our family using our truffle salt


8 ounces pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup mixed wild mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon truffle salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

3. Add the sliced wild mushrooms with a little water and sauté until the mushrooms are golden.

4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and toss for 1min then add the cooked pasta, toss again.

5. Sprinkle truffle salt over the pasta and mix well.

6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.

7. Garnish with grated truffle and fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
