How will my product be sent?
- Orders are sent Monday - Thursday on an overnight courier (this may be longer for rural delivery options).
- Truffles are packaged in a sealed compostable bag with tissue. All perishable orders are sent with ice packs and a woollen liner in a recyclable box.
- Order weight of fresh truffle is the minimum amount that will be supplied. The truffles are packaged in a variety of sizes which will amount to the total amount of grams ordered. Please note truffles may be cut.
- Orders must be placed by 9am Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend, otherwise it will be sent the following Monday.
