Traditionally fresh black truffle is most commonly enjoyed with dishes like pasta, risotto and eggs. However, they do lend themselves to more creative dishes so don't let this limit you! Some of my favourite, not so traditional dishes, have been burgers and fries, sushi, creamy desserts and a truffle dark beer!
If it is your first time using truffle think along the lines of allowing your truffles to shine with foods and dishes that have a more subtle flavour... Think butter, creams, eggs, pasta, potatoes.
Our truffle butter is also a great way to use fresh truffle and very easy and versatile to use.
